At Bedz4zzzz Retail Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your bedding products, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.

Tags and labels must still be attached.

You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns on the following:

Used, laundered, or damaged items

Custom-made or personalised bedding

Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked as such)

Mattress protectors or pillows that have been removed from their sealed packaging (for hygiene reasons)

3. How to Return an Item

To start a return:

Email us at office@bedz4zzzz.com within 30 days of delivery.

Include your order number, the reason for the return, and any photos if the item is damaged or faulty.

We will send return instructions and a returns address.

Note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item had been sent in error.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable (except for incorrect items).

5. Exchanges
